- Professionally handle phone callsand any customer service issues
- Follow policies and procedures formarkdowns, re-ticketing, sensoring, and inventory control
- Timely set up and signage ofpromotional events
- Aware of inventory issues
- Identify and reduce shrink indepartment
- Assist store team with preparationand execution of annual inventory
- Perform other duties as required
- Sales Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and be multitask oriented
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Requires the ability to perform general math computations
- Possess basic computer skills, ability to use cash register
- Ability to operate photographic and video equipment
- Capable of performing some lifting of up to 25 pounds
