Summary:

As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create efficient and effective SharePoint applications and workflows.

Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development:
Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Create and maintain SharePoint web parts and applications using SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and Visual Studio.

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for SharePoint solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

System Integration:
Integrate SharePoint with other systems, databases, and third-party applications as needed.
Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between SharePoint and external systems.
Develop custom SharePoint templates and themes.

Security and Permissions:
Implement security policies and permissions for SharePoint sites and content.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.

Documentation:
Maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions, including design, configuration, and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Troubleshooting and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance.
Provide technical support to end-users and address their inquiries.

Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor SharePoint performance and optimize solutions for efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated on SharePoint updates, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Experience with SharePoint Site Collection Management
Experience with SharePoint Site Permissions Management
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Visual Studio.
Experience with SharePoint branding, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with SharePoint security and permissions management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
SharePoint certifications (e

g, Microsoft Certified:
SharePoint Developer) are a plus.
At least 5 years of proven SharePoint Developer experience.

Security Clearance:
Active US Government Secret

Certifications:
Verifiable CompTIA Security + certification
