    About The Role

    The Digital Channels Manager is essential for enhancing both employee and customer-facing digital delivery channels, ensuring seamless interaction across various technology platforms, including online applications, digital banking systems, and in-branch origination platforms.

    This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to create innovative, customer-focused solutions that drive business growth, improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Strategy Manager, Senior Product Managers, and other stakeholders, you will help shape the bank's digital vision to ensure our digital engagements meet customer expectations and align with our product strategies.

    We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about optimizing the digital experience for both customers and employees.

    This is a corporate position that may be based at various bank division locations across our nine-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. The starting salary for this position is $117,159.12 per year, calculated for Kalispell, MT.

    COMPENSATION ANALYSIS: All salary offers are assessed individually, taking into account various factors like geographic location, experience, and educational background.

    WA Applicants ONLY range: $127,612.84 to $191,419.26 annually.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage both internal and external teams to implement new digital capabilities, optimize current banking processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
    • Continuously evaluate performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements in digital channels, identifying strategic enhancements based on emerging trends and business needs.
    • Support the development and deployment of technology platforms that ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our banking channels and processes.
    • Facilitate the implementation of changes in digital channels by coordinating with Product Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience teams, documenting procedural updates and developing necessary support documentation.
    • Guide internal teams regarding banking channel usage and best practices, identifying knowledge gaps and crafting targeted training to bolster user engagement and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular audits of banking channels, responding to requests from auditors to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Adhere to all company policies and applicable laws, including completing assigned online training courses and achieving required scores by deadlines.

    Education

    • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Required: At least 8 years of experience in digital channel development or banking technology leadership roles dealing with loan origination and underwriting.
    • Required: Proficient in digital banking products and services encompassing online/mobile banking, and loan origination or payment processing.
    • Required: Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Preferred: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and product management.

    Additional Requirements

    Travel: Up to 10% travel required, approximately 2 days per month (by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, and public transportation). Candidates must be capable of driving and holding proper licenses.

    Working Conditions

    The work environment involves a climate-controlled shared office setting with moderate noise levels. This entails sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is commensurate with relevant experience and may vary based on the position's geographic location. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, eligible for employees and their dependents. There is also a health savings account option, Employee Assistance Program, health rewards program, retirement savings plan (including 401(k) and profit-sharing), disability benefits, education and training support, as well as discounts on banking products and services. Additionally, we offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan, starting at .0745 hours worked for part-time employees, with maximum accruals of up to 240 hours per year for certain full-time roles. Most full-time employees receive 6 paid holidays, and part-time employees receive prorated paid holidays, with some employees in Utah and Nevada eligible for pay for state-recognized holidays.
