    As a Guest Relations Team Member at the Thrill Capital of New England...

    You'll contribute to our mission by:

    • Supporting the Six Flags Mantra Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
    • Talking with guests and answering questions regarding park policies and procedures
    • Explaining pass and ticket information to guests
    • Assisting with the communication of park information, polices, and procedures
    • Resolving guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assisting guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operating the Six Flags Season Pass database
    • Completing all required paperwork accurately
    • Providing local area information and directions to guests
    • Handling sales transactions as needed
    • Assisting with VIP Tours

    You'll do it with your:

    • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
    • Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
    • Analytical problem solving skill
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Sense of fun
    • Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns
    • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

    CONTACT WITH OTHERS
    Direct and continuous interaction with Team Members, Guests, Leads, and Supervisors throughout the entire park


    CONFIDENTIAL DATA

    • Access to confidential information such as reports, phone listings, etc.

    MENTAL OR VISUAL DEMAND
    Requires normal visual and mental demand.


    PHYSICAL DEMAND

    • Requires long hours standing, or continuous sitting, bending, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech.
    • Requires frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
    • Requires good vision with near and far acuity.
    • Requires using a telephone, radios, and computer equipment.
    • Requires the ability to move and work in different work stations, hand and arm movement.
    • Must be able to lift and carry 15 lbs across 25 feet over various surfaces
    • Must be able to lift and lower 5 lbs above shoulder level

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Mainly works inside and closely with others
    • Primarily works alone, is exposed to dust/dirt, water
    • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions if necessary
