    About the jobThis position is needed to support the administration and build of Xactly compensation system.

    The sales compensation systems team owns the lifecycle of implementation logic from business requirements to year-over-year redesigns, managing the plan design implementation in Xactly, responding to exceptional situations, and continuing to upgrade our Xactly Incent and Connect configurations for efficient operations.

    This role will allow the analyst to utilize previous Xactly experience maintaining our current process but also developing new automations and streamlining existing processes.

    Cross functional training is a core component of this role and growth opportunities exist to own projects in data engineering, financial analysis, budgeting and all things sales compensation.


    ResponsibilitiesIn this role, youll:


    Support Sales Compensation team in managing Xactly instanceManage process change requests from business partners and sales compensation teamReview Plan Designs to implement within XactlyProvide guidance on automation and system improvement projects with Xactly ConnectWork with project manager on quarterly SOX requirementsAnalyze and build reports in Xactly, supporting data team requestsQualificationsNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly.

    The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

    The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

    Based in Colorado:
    $92,000 - $116,000Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,000 - $122,000This role may be eligible to participate in Twilios equity plan and corporate bonus plan.

    All roles are eligible for the following benefits:
    health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

    The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
