    • A fortune 500 client of Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their advertising/marketing activation team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning & execution of offline marketing campaigns and optimizing in-house digital media components of those campaigns. This person will work with cross-functional partners managing several projects at once. They will be responsible for building out marketing campaigns, pulling data and presenting impactful solutions to any issues or errors. The strategist proactively troubleshoot and research what is needed for the campaigns and then posts the campaigns based on deadlines. Someone who enjoys a data driven approach to marketing and finding new ways to optimize time will do well in the role.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Project Manager
    • Experience with Excel & Smart Sheets (expert at pivot table and v-lookups)
    • Flexible w/ technology and eager to learn new ways of working. Great communicator, quick to respond to emails.
    • Experienced in navigating ambiguity and managing up.
    • Able to work independently & manage several projects at once.
