Position: Transaction Servicing Specialist III

Location: Minneapolis, MN (fully onsite)

Duration: 6 month contract, chance to extend

Compensation: $24-25/hr W2 + benefits

Processes transactions, resolves an array of customer requests and provides general customer service for internal and external customers. Some duties include, but are not limited to, processing domestic and international wire transfer requests through the Federal Reserve Bank, and posting payments and advances to customer loans. Works directly with internal and external customers via email, phone and in person, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Contact point for internal and external customers

2. Process domestic and international incoming and outgoing wires

3. Complete work within required deadlines

4. Ability to move between tasks as priorities dictate

5. Ability to navigate and learn multiple software applications

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

2. Maintain a professional manner with internal and external contacts

3. Perform OFAC and Fraud screening on wires

Basic Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.

2. 3-5 Year or more years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
