- Must have current and active nursing aide certification in Illinois.
- Must be available to work on the Weekends.
- Resident centered care oriented including assistance with activities of daily living such as:
- Positioning, Moving, and Restorative Care.
- Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
- Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
- Dining Assistance.
- Dressing and Undressing.
- Infection control and prevention.
- Nutrition and Elimination.
- Comfort care and End of Life Care.
- Answer call lights timely and promptly.
- Report all changes in the resident's condition to your assigned nurse as soon as possible.
- Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift when they occur.
- Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
- Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the facility.
