    ***RECIEVE A $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOLLOWING YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS, AND AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 BONUS AFTER YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS***

    *** Will receive vacation up from, once hired onto company payroll. Will reimburse for COBRA expenses if making change in employment***

    Summary of Responsibilities: This position will measure, cut and assemble materials in a safe, orderly manner for production output

    Specific Duties:

    • Ability to perform this work proficiently at a fast pace
    • Reading and understanding blueprints/job specifications
    • Measuring and cutting material to specifications
    • Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
    • Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances
    • Selecting, measuring, cutting and joining appropriate metals to specifications
    • Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage
    • Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools
    • Observes all safety rules and regulations and keeps work area clean and orderly.
    • 3G certified or ability to pass 3G testing

    Job Requirements

    • Reliable/Dependable
    • 3G Fluxcore certification or qualification
    • Ability to perform manual labor
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to perform work proficiently at a fast pace
    • Open minded and willing to learn company process
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisor
    • Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques

    Physical Requirements

    • The ability to respond quickly to sounds
    • The ability to see and respond to dangerous situation
    • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
    • The ability to perform manual work such as bending and lifting heavy parts
    • The ability to lift 70 lbs.
