Position Summary:
Overall, the Project Coordinator
plays a crucial role in supporting the Center's mission by contributing to
educational resources, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and
assisting in the implementation of technology-driven projects. The position
will require extensive field work and light physical duty.
Essential Functions:
The role of
the Project Coordinator encompasses a diverse range of
responsibilities aimed at supporting the Center's activities and
initiatives.
These tasks include:
NJ
Clean Energy Learning Center:
This involves maintaining and improving
the content of the learning center, ensuring that it remains relevant,
accurate, and informative for users.
distance learning content:
The assistant will work on enhancing the
digital learning materials, making them more interactive, engaging, and
accessible for remote learners.
stakeholder meetings:
This responsibility involves coordinating and
facilitating meetings with various stakeholders involved in the Center's
projects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among all
parties.
assistance on Matterport projects:
Matterport is likely a technology or
platform used for creating immersive 3D experiences. The assistant will
support tasks related to Matterport projects, which could include
capturing and processing 3D data, creating virtual tours, or managing
content on the platform.
Supports
other projects as needed.
accomplishing the project goals. Completion of Revit drawings is required as part of this position. Knowledge of building methods, construction
systems and assemblies, as well as common computer software is required.
Prerequisite Qualifications:
- B.S in Architecture or Engineering and
previous research experience are required.
