EqCM reports Regional Service Manager first months then move Branch Service Manager have accountability HVAC Equipment Operations Manager HEOM organization coordinate Customer Resource Coordinator CRC all equipment field service labor requirements per customer expectations contract requirements provide single point contact coordination all service scope related within equipment contract direct interface EqNA customer How you will do it Supports EqNA sales during project estimate specifying if given service can be performed as SR or if Service Mechanical project need secured determine duration size complexity project need project management Provides custom quote for service items outside PCAT policy When EqNA contract secured warranty expectations confirmed Systems Application Engineer SAE verify branch necessary service technicians trained work identified equipment coordinate Truck Based Service Manager TBSM send technicians training appropriate necessary guidance support BSM Attend RTO meetings requested complex projects projects sold Planned Service Agreement PSA identify any servicewarranty scope concerns If PSA part contract validate details SAEAgent Project Owner include project submittals provide documentation needed Conducts weekly service turnover meetings SAEs Branch Operations Manager BOM coordinate monitor current future servicescopes for EQUA business feedback status EQUA Operations Team Work customer introduce Connected Service capabilities Coordinate EQUA customer directly schedule changes Works CRC SAEnextgen asset record created assigned site
