    Description
    Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking anExecutive Assistant, Junior Level, Mid-Level or Senior-Level (Staff or General Associate) to support our NAVY client. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in executive level administrative support for NAVY or DoD leadership . The client site could be at the Washington, DC Navy Yard or Crystal City, Arlington, VA.


    Mandatory Requirement:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Report to IWS senior office leadership,
    • Schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings for senior office leadership and team members as required,
    • Book meetings and rooms, book and submit travel orders for senior program office staff,
    • Assemble, route, and track program document packages for review and approval,
    • Ensure visit requests submission in support of meetings,
    • Assist in classified document control and safe inventory,
    • Assist in onboarding actions for new hires, to include coordination and tracking of paperwork for IT accounts and assets,
    • Maintain staff directory and phone tree for emergencies,
    • Coordinate with security staff and maintain roster for end of day checks, and
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Success for working in this position looks like: * MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook) and/or Office 365 (MS Teams, SharePoint Online) proficiency,

    • Experience with formatting and proofing official DoN correspondences,
    • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS),
    • DoD or NAVY experience is preferred,
    • Active Secret clearance,
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments,
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels, as a team member,
    • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information,
    • Self-starter, goal-oriented individual who provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments,
    • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, and
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
