    Top Pay & Incentives:

    • Drivers earn $0.55 per mile, loaded and empty
    • Mileage bonus - paid on all miles that month
      • $0.02 per mile on all miles over 10,000 in a month

      • Average between $200,000 & $250,000 at retirement

    Requirements:

    • 21 years of age minimum
    • Valid CDL-A license
    • 1 year of verifiable OTR experience in a sleeper cab
    • Snow experience
    • No speeding ticket for 19 or over the posted limit in the last 7 years
    • No reckless/careless driving convictions in the last 5 years in a personal vehicle (never in a CMVA)
    • No positive drug screens, refusals, or SAP in the last 3 years
