    PA General Surgery Resident


    PA General Surgery Resident will participate in all aspects of patient care including assisting in surgery and acute care management.

    PA General Surgery Residents will become proficient in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care working under the direct supervision of our surgery PAs and surgeons.

    PA residents will maintain a schedule including days, evening, nights, holidays, weekends, and possible call requirements. Locations will include our main hospital campus as well as our surgery center. Full time and part time options are available. Paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, as well as other benefits are all applicable to our PA residents.


    Requirements:

    • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
    • Eligible for National certification as Physician Assistant or
    • Eligible for New York State practice license
    • Eligible for DEA

    Pay Range:
    $75,000.00

    Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.

    Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
