- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Craft high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and appeals to our target audiences, including posts, videos, and live broadcasts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for all social media campaigns, adapting strategies as needed to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media identity and to integrate social media with all marketing efforts, including promotions, new product launches, and public relations events.
- Engage directly with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and addressing customer service issues swiftly.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices, and integrate new tools or platforms that can enhance our social media presence and engagement.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimizing spending based on campaign results and strategic priorities.
- Develop partnerships with influencers and other relevant figures to expand reach and authenticity of brand messaging.
- Establish best practices for social media engagement and manage the creation and implementation of campaign content.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Lead content creation teams in developing narrative and visual content across all channels.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Initiate innovative projects to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy based on analytics and feedback.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing projects from conception to execution to measurement.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to generate ideas and leverage opportunities across multiple platforms.
- Train and guide the social media team, if applicable, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and responsiveness within the team, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and able to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
- Adept at graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing or Social Media.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems.
- Certified in Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certification.
