- Prepare mobile and community based immunization services for preventable diseases.
- Conduct mobile and community based immunization services for preventable diseases.
- Complete Vaccine Administration Records (VAR) and other paperwork associated with immunizations accurately and efficiently.
- LPN, RN, or similar authorization to perform immunizations in Pennsylvania or New York.
- Valid PA state Driver's License and vehicle available for business use
- Must be flexible with travel, as locations are throughout Pennsylvania
- Must be flexible with schedule, as amount of hours and times can/will change based on needs of customer
- Organized and able to work independently.
