    Central Pennsylvania Pharmacy Group seeks vaccination support personnel for immunization clinics in 2024

    Locations: Throughout Pennsylvania and Central New York

    Status: 1099 Independent Contractor

    Work Schedule: As needed and as available

    As an Immunizer you will be responsible for the following:
    • Prepare mobile and community based immunization services for preventable diseases.
    • Conduct mobile and community based immunization services for preventable diseases.
    • Complete Vaccine Administration Records (VAR) and other paperwork associated with immunizations accurately and efficiently.

    In addition to being thorough, attentive to detail, communicates effectively, and highly accurate the successful candidate for this position must also have the following qualifications:
    • LPN, RN, or similar authorization to perform immunizations in Pennsylvania or New York.
    • Valid PA state Driver's License and vehicle available for business use
    • Must be flexible with travel, as locations are throughout Pennsylvania
    • Must be flexible with schedule, as amount of hours and times can/will change based on needs of customer
    • Organized and able to work independently.
    Prior to beginning assignment, candidates must be able to certify COVID-19 vaccination status and execute a contractor service agreement with supporting proof of credentials and liability insurance.
