$2,370 - $2,500 per week
Job Requirements (PACU RN Qualifications)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (must be eligible to practice in New Hampshire)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a
PACU, post-anesthesia care, or recovery nursing role
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient surgery center
Responsibilities (PACU Nurse / Post-Anesthesia Care)
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia in the Outpatient Surgery Center
Perform post-anesthesia assessments, monitor vital signs, and track recovery progress using standard
PACU protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including pain management and antiemetics
Recognize and respond to changes in patient status, manage airway and basic life support when necessary
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure safe transitions of care
Educate patients and families on post-operative care, discharge criteria, and follow-up instructions
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care, recovery milestones, and discharge summaries
