This role is for early-career people who want a long-term sales path.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections and close new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp typically 8-10 hours per day mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role-plays with your team lead
- After ramp: run your own territory as an ongoing rep hitting weekly monthly sales quotas agreed with your manager
