Job summary
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for a variety of general custodial,groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks that assure the facility, grounds and equipment are safe,
well-maintained and attractive in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards,
guidelines and regulations. Performs floor care such as cleaning buffing stripping waxing
and carpet cleaning throughout the facility. Assists with building maintenance and construction work
as needed on all surfaces interior or exterior of facility.
- Custodial tasks including but not limited to removing trash washing windows/walls moving furniture supplies fill-in housekeeping duties if needed.
- Floor care such as cleaning buffing stripping waxing carpet cleaning throughout the facility.
