- Coordinate production plan for first and second shift.
- Plan and prioritize to improve efficiency and production time.
- Production report daily and calculate bonuses.
- Keep production dashboard updated and accurate throughout the day.
- Maintain KPI's for operations.
- Drive the business forward through data driven monitoring.
- Maintain records for all food safety events and training.
- Update the policies and forms of the food safety program/SQF program.
- Update the food safety binder with the latest policies, procedures, and forms.
- Assist in planning in-bound and out-bound transportation and logistics as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Complete support of and willing adherence to Westfield Egg Farm's mission, vision, and core values. Applicant must hold these standards as his/her own.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to learn industry-accepted biosecurity protocols.
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training (farm work, poultry, etc.) or willingness to be trained.
- Good writing and typing skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
