Schedule:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Work 5x8-hour shifts and must be willing to work days and evenings. Day shift can start as earlyat 8am, evening shift can end as late as 10p. Rotating weekends.
Position: Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities:
- Dispensing/filling, checking/verifying, supervising techs.
- pounds and dispenses prescribed drugs in a healthcare facility environment
- Transfers prescriptions, provides drug information in collaboration to other healthcare professionals
- Performs medication order entry into the puter, monitors patient profiles for appropriate medication use oversees the work of the support staff and documents any relevant intervention.
- The position is expected to meet state certifications, requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and acplish goals.

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience
• UT pharmacy license required
• Long Term experience preferred
• Retail pharmacist experience is acceptable
