Job Description

As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol - Financial Site in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, ATM and drive-up areas, and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.

Monitor entrances and restricted areas, verify authorized access for employees, vendors, and visitors, and assist with directing foot traffic as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including handling disturbances, alarms, and/or medical situations per post orders.

Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and policy exceptions, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
