- Organize all planning and production activities (distribute, monitor and control all tasks within their scope).
- Size and structure their teams in order to best answer customer demand short, mid and long term.
- Operations interface with all other services locally and within the group. Owner of the condition of the equipment, maintenance and their performance.
- Local interface for Industrialization and Engineering for the development of new product and/or new production tools.
- Supervise, lead and coordinate APU resources (production, supply chain, quality, methods, etc.).
- Develop improvement plans and take responsibility for their deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
- Define and track the objectives.
- Participate in developing their team's skills.
- Participate in developing investment plans and monitor their implementation budget.
- To comply with ITAR, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, mechanical a plus
- Experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools and processes
- Advanced skills in Excel spreadsheets
- 5 years of experience minimum; prefer 2-3 years of Fiber Optic Assembly and 2-3 years of Supervisory experience
- Technical product manufacturing experience
- Good level of work autonomy and reporting
- Aerospace/Defense Industry Background a plus, medical test/measurement experience helpful
- Experience working in a multi-national organization across North America and Europe a plus
- Ability to work on-site five days per week, no remote or hybrid available
