    Your Mission

    REALIZE YOUR TALENT

    The Production Manager directs and leads the APU teams. The Manager deploys the Production, Quality, Method and SCM strategies defined by the Industrial Operations Director and General Management. They guarantee customer deliveries in compliance with quality, cost, lead time and HSE objectives.
    • Organize all planning and production activities (distribute, monitor and control all tasks within their scope).
    • Size and structure their teams in order to best answer customer demand short, mid and long term.
    • Operations interface with all other services locally and within the group. Owner of the condition of the equipment, maintenance and their performance.
    • Local interface for Industrialization and Engineering for the development of new product and/or new production tools.
    • Supervise, lead and coordinate APU resources (production, supply chain, quality, methods, etc.).
    • Develop improvement plans and take responsibility for their deployment.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
    • Define and track the objectives.
    • Participate in developing their team's skills.
    • Participate in developing investment plans and monitor their implementation budget.
    The Profile

    KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
    • To comply with ITAR, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, mechanical a plus
    • Experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools and processes
    • Advanced skills in Excel spreadsheets
    • 5 years of experience minimum; prefer 2-3 years of Fiber Optic Assembly and 2-3 years of Supervisory experience
    • Technical product manufacturing experience
    • Good level of work autonomy and reporting
    • Aerospace/Defense Industry Background a plus, medical test/measurement experience helpful
    • Experience working in a multi-national organization across North America and Europe a plus
    • Ability to work on-site five days per week, no remote or hybrid available
