- Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills.
- Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding concerns.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests as part of a fantastic team.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, but not required.
- The ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for growth and long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
