Sun Pharma seeks Senior Manager Clinical Outsourcing within its Clinical Outsourcing Team in Princeton NJ The Senior Manager will lead and manage clinical trial outsourcing vendor selection contract negotiation vendor management and reporting process for Sun Pharmaceutical’s clinical development programs Responsibilities include clinical CRO/vendor identification RFI/RFP development and execution contract negotiations budget management service provider performance metrics development tracking Liaises with project teams to develop Statement of Work SOW coordinates review finalization process Negotiates new amended work specifications budgets payment schedules relationship management plans documents controlling activities performance contract service providers Participates scheduling organizing facilitating kickoff meetings vendors Monitors manages relationships contracted vendors facilitates resolution issues conflicts Ensures smooth effective communication between vendors company Ensures Vendors/CROs accountable Identifies issues develops solutions Facilitates closure each study/contract vendor mutual assessment performance Locates saves working documents contracts Clinical Outsourcing folder Ensure consistent naming convention Collect analyzes data CRO contracts Setup cost-saving excel file Assist creating budgeting models what-if scenarios future trials Assist FP&A needs related clinical vendors including annual budgeting periodic forecasting monthly budget actual analysis
