- Managing both internal and external audit programs, implementing and reporting on KPMs, providing training on systems, and addressing audit findings.
- Directly supervising a team of four employees.
- Overseeing various components of the PSM system such as PHA, mechanical integrity, and participating in PHAs.
- Ensuring a strong SHE presence within the Management and Operation leadership teams.
- Working closely with high-risk chemicals and overseeing hazardous waste management.
- Providing support for Worker's Compensation processes.
- Previous experience in chemical manufacturing.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated management experience.
