In this role, you will be the face of a company that is a legend in the Staffing industry. Backed by over 30 years of experience , Micro Tech is a leader in providing staffing solutions all over the East Coast. . You will be responsible for generating new business in your territory as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients
Responsibilities
Develop new business by following up on warm leads generated by our core recruiting team
Utilize different methods of outreach including cold calling, onsite visits, email, social media etc.
Make presentations to prospective clients
Attend networking events and career fairs to represent the company
Manage existing accounts with frequent touch point and work with Hiring Managers for quality assurance and to assess their future hiring needs
Do the market analysis for Hiring trends and educate clients accordingly
Maintain an active social media presence and use all channels to generate new leads
Work closely with recruiting team to assess the in demand skills/ candidates and then present their profiles to clients
Skills
Strong customer service and selling skills
Strong communication skills – written and oral
1+ yr Sales experience
Resiliency and motivation to be able to look past setbacks and be able to see big picture
Must have a valid drivers license
Technically savvy – must have the curiosity to learn about the latest in the tech world
