    Product Manager sought by AvantStay, Inc. Experiential Travels, dba AvantStay, Inc. in Culver

    City, CA.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Plan, research, define and deliver short-term rental experiences and solutions specifically around

    customer support and reservations management. Work closely with the Co-Founder to define the

    product, execute and launch new products fast. Specific duties include:

    1. Develop an understanding of customers, technology, and competition and

    synthesize it into a product strategy.

    2. Communicate product priorities across the company by collaborating with

    various teams and build consensus among them.

    3. Work closely with design in crafting simple, elegant, impactful experiences.

    4. Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development with high

    quality, reliability, and attention to detail.

    5. Deliver products that enable AvantStay's teams to manage and support

    reservations through the lifecycle of a guest's experience.

    6. Integrate user research, product testing, research, and market analysis into

    product requirements to enhance user experience.

    7. Build solutions to enable AvantStay's customer support teams to serve guests

    better and faster with incoming inquiries.

    8. Define and analyze metrics that inform and track the success of AvantStay's

    products.

    9. Understand AvantStay's strategic and competitive position in the market and

    inform the process to deliver innovative products.

    10. Develop user experiences that will lead guests and potential customers using

    automated solutions to fulfill their requests (chatbots, frequently asked questions, portals,

    etc.).

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus two (2) years

    of experience in product management or related experience in planning, building, and launching

    products, including experience launching application platform interface integrations across

    multiple platforms and overseeing the development and execution of products.

    *Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following:

    1. HTML, Python, JSON, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions

    2. Figma or Sketch

    3. Project management software such as Jira, Asana, or

    4. Assessing market competition and defining strategy based on competitors

    5. Working with multiple teams to guide products through development

    6. Scrum agile software development

    *Any level of experience, knowledge, or coursework in the specific skills is

    acceptable.

    The salary range for this position is $125,000-$130,000/year.
