    Description
    Job Description: Assist in setting up and serving food from counters and steam tables. Setup and assembly of meals from the trayline or kitchen, with duties including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.

    • Set up stations with entrés, soups, salads, bread, condiments, other food products, and utensils.
    • Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables.
    • Reads production orders on color-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on trays.
    • Apportions and places food servings on plates and trays according to the diet list on the menu card.
    • Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables, and other equipment.
    • Brews coffee and tea.
    • May be required to restock other beverage areas.
    • Interact with customers in the serving and dining areas.
    • Assists customers with opening containers and cutting food when requested.
    • Washes dishes and cleans work area, tables, cabinets, and ovens.
    • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
    • Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
    • Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
    • Attends training programs as designated.

    Requirements:
    • Must have TB test and COVID vaccination.
    • Must pass drug screening.

    Location: Angleton, Texas 77515
    Pay: $13-$14
    Hours: 6a-6p rotating weekends
