    Description

    A Telemetry Registered Nurse is needed for a fast-paced Rapid Response Travel contract in Lubbock, TX. This is a 13 week contract for experienced RNs. You will need current BLS, ACLS certification and at least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting. Standard Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented RN who can maintain accurate patient reports and work well with patient care teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medication to patients
    • Monitor patients for reactions and side effects of medication
    • Record medical information and vital signs
    • Report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
    • Assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare team members

    Requirements:

    • A current Registered Nursing License
    • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • The ability to listen and understand quickly
