    Our client is a unique advertising services agency that works with clients both large and small to bring their brand visions to a wide audience. Their clients range from small to medium size businesses all the way through companies like Formula 1 and even the Olympics Right now they are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join the team and manage clients ad spend

    The Role

    The Digital Advertising Specialist will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully scaling brands through effective digital advertising strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms, including META (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will play crucial role in driving client's online presence, maximizing ROI, and reaching target audiences.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to meet brand objectives and drive business growth
    • Identify key opportunities for brand visibility, user engagement, and conversion across META, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and budget constraints.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Implement data-driven approaches to refine and optimize audience targeting for maximum impact.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform guidelines.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creatives are innovative and competitive.
    • Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization to achieve the highest possible return on investment.
    • Provide regular reports on budget utilization and performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • 2+ years in digital advertising management focusing on META (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media
