    The Company:
    Our client is a mid-sized PE industrial manufacturer. This newly created position will support a recently acquired manufacturing location.

    We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.

    The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and compliance with all federal and state labor laws.


    The Opportunity:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
    • Manage recruitment and selection processes and ensure they are effective and efficient
    • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and theirrole in relation to the overall vision.
    • Participate in the Employee Wellness Committee encourage employee engagement
    • Oversee employee relations and ensure that all HR related issues are resolved promptly
    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics
    • Lead change management initiatives
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
    • Manage and provide guidance to the HR team

    What we are seeking:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
    • 5+ years HR Generalist or higher experience
    • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
    • Experience in recruitment, change management, and compliance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
