Job summary
We are seeking dedicated professionals for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) role focused on high-quality caregiving for adults with disabilities in the Watkins Glen area. Ideal candidates have experience or a strong desire to learn Personal Care (ADLs), Medication Administration (Med Pass), and Behavior Management.Responsibilities
- Personal Care (ADLs): Providing essential, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Administration (Med Pass): Safely administering medications following required training and protocols.
- Mobility Assistance: Providing physical support and ensuring client safety during transfers and ambulation.
- Habilitation Services: Implementing individualized care plans and providing support to teach and maintain independence.
