    • Mission Support Job Description The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Air Compliance Specialist with an active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency
    One will assist with maintaining compliance with all Federal, State and Local (DOD) Air emission regulations for its facilities Redstone or other location
    The compliance specialist will work hand in hand with the Environmental Specialist to ensure continued compliance with all aspects of the CAA program

    Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Produce Greenhouse emission reports for the FBI Redstone Facility or other facility as applicable

    Skills & Requirements Qualifications and Education Required:

    • Active Top Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or environmental science and 5 years of experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills are needed.
    • The ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and deliverables is a necessity.
    • The ability to effectively present communication both verbally and in writing is required.
    • Person needs comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations including but not limited to the Clean Air Act (CAAs Title 42, 9VAC5-80), to enhance the FBI Air Compliance Program, ensure compliance with the Federal and State regulations, and develop and implement environmental programs
    Qualifications *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government
