    Description


    The University of Arizona Cancer Center and Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology is actively recruiting for a Hematologist.

    Applicants must be board certified/board eligible in Hematology.

    This position is an exciting opportunity to join a strong multi-disciplinary team focusing on the treatment of benign and malignant Hematology.

    Mentoring and resources are available for developing an academic career along with protected time to pursue those interests. Support for clinical translational research including clinical trial protocol development is available. The qualified candidate will receive a faculty appointment consistent with their credentials.

    Work Schedule


    The University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC) is a National Cancer Institute (NCI) designated comprehensive cancer center dedicated to the prevention and cure of cancer through patient care, research and education.

    The Division of Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine is an essential component of the UACC organized to teach students and house staff, excel at clinical and clinical-translational research, and to bring to patients state-of-the-art treatment.

    The Division has 16-physician faculty and 12 research faculty.
