Key Responsibilities

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties and scope of repairs
• Bidding and estimating jobs, and overseeing each project to the homeowner's satisfaction
• Collecting payment, using technology provided to create scope of loss or inspection reports
• Acting as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
• Ensuring quality workmanship to the homeowner's satisfaction, and monitoring progress and quality of work being performed
