    We are seeking a Practice Administrator for the non-institute specialties to enhance operational efficiencies and optimize growth strategies and opportunities within our medical group.

    Our non-institute specialty practices have experienced significant growth in recent years.

    As we expand our services, and onboard new providers to maintain access to the patient base, we require dedicated leadership and management in these specialties to maintain high-quality patient care, streamline operations, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

    Non-institute specialtiesDermatologyPlastics SurgeryRheumatologyPulmonologyInfectious DiseasePodiatryPosition SummaryThe Practice Administrator oversees: 1) two or more medical practice offices enabling the practices to carry out its daily work and patient care effectively and efficiently; or, 2) one or more medical practice offices enabling the practice(s) to carry out its daily work and patient effectively and efficiently and long term special assignments, projects, or central functions.

    Responsible for critical success metrics of the practice including financial oversight, scheduling and assigning work, resolving problems, collecting data, project management, implementing goals and carrying an assigned workload or filling in as necessary.

    Identifies problems and recommends solutions.

    Collaborate with the specialty directors to align regional strategies and initiatives and focus and implement tailored operational improvements and efficiencies specific to the specialties.

    Alongside each specialty division physician lead, this practice administrator will be expected to develop and nurture relationships with our providers, staff, and external stakeholders.

    Implements and monitors departmental goals and objectives for the office/s.
    Analyzes needs and develops recommendations in order to align with the strategic direction of the organization.
    Ensures that all staff members communicate and interact with patients in a courteous, respectful, and businesslike manner.
    Holds staff accountable for customer service standards; intercedes and takes appropriate action when incidents occur.

    Implements individual performance expectations and completes all aspects of employee performance appraisals and reviews as well as handling termination when needed.

    Interviews candidates and makes hiring decisions. Orients new hires and provides on-going training and education to staff, utilizing standard work and procedures.
    Coaches and mentors employees to be successful in contributing to the achievement of individual and office objectives.
    Promotes teamwork within the practice through timely and collaborative communication with medical staff.

    Actively seeks opportunities to model teamwork through collaboration both within and outside the office in support of the organization's objectives.


    QualificationsEducation:


    Associates Degree in Business Management/Healthcare Management or related fieldExperience:7-10 years medical office experience or equivalent combination of education and work experienceEmployee relation and talent management experienceWe take great care of careers.
