- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Experience with using hand tools and other forms of machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use production software and tools.

Requirements
