- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
