Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position during the school year in Pittsboro, NC. If you are passionate about supporting students with behavioral challenges and implementing evidence-based interventions, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals
• Provide direct support to students in classroom and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement behavior support strategies
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to support student success
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
