Job FunctionsGeneral ResponsibilitiesResidents RightsSafetyStaff DevelopmentFood Preparation/Production ResponsibilitiesAssists Cook as directed by the Food Service DirectorCarries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, refrigerator, freezer and dining roomsPrepares and labels nourishments according to center procedures.
Delivers to resident areasPrepares and portions desserts, salads and other non-entrée foods into dishes.Pours beveragesFollows Production sheets and Pre-Preparation GuidesUses proper handwashing technique and frequencyCompletes work assignmentsSanitation ResponsibilitiesMeal Service ResponsibilitiesFood Safety ResponsibilitiesAdministrative ResponsibilitiesSpecial Activities/AttributesEducationAbility to understand directions required; Ability to read, desirable.
