Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Cedar Hill, TX.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth execution of store standards.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory processes, optimizing workflows, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to achieving store profitability and customer satisfaction.Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
Operational planning and organizational skills to oversee store efficiency and meet business objectives
Experience with inventory management and process improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and with customers
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
Prior experience in retail, preferably in an off-price or high-volume setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred but not required
Proficiency in store management software and tools is a plus
