Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role into 4 essential Jobs: Cashier, doughnut decorator, doughnut maker and beverage maker. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment., preparing food, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must obtain the food handler permit
• Makes doughnut batter according to recipe
• able to operate doughnut machine
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Keeps all work areas clean. Sweeps, mops, and washes dishes as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and special promotions effectively.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
