    Description

    We are seeking a Welder to become an integral part of our team The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
    • Install and repair various equipment and components
    • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
    • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
    • Flexibility with overtime
    • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
    • Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
    • Maintain and repair all machinery.
    • Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
    • Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
    • Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
    • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
    • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a welder, is desired. Experience with carbon arc welding is required.
    • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, specifically stick welding and carbon arc weld.
    • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
    • Must be a US Citizen according to ITAR regulations
    • Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools
    • Outstanding attention to detail.
