Referral Admissions Coordinator - Evening Shift | Summit Healthcare Mgmt | Franklin, Tennessee
The schedule for this role is Sunday-Thursday from 3:30pm-12am on weekdays and 1:30pm-10pm on Sundays.

Fields inbound calls for help from a variety of referral sources and utilizes an established sales guide to navigate each call to its conclusion.

Responsible for developing and growing accounts with new and existing referral sources by establishing relationships with referrals and serving as their single point of contact for patient-centered communication and activities.

Requires concierge type service with accounts that may involve handling calls at night and on weekends when necessary.

Focuses on daily follow up, clear communication and documentation with all involved parties, and a commitment to help all clients who ask for help.

Answers a set goal of inbound calls monthly using the provided training, facility knowledge, and personal commitment to advocate for clients.
Achieves monthly performance metrics.
Maintains the highest standards of call quality and medical file documentation.
Completes comprehensive clinical and medical assessments, and reviews clinical and medical admissions criteria.
Responds and reacts to the needs of referred clients both during and after business hours.
Discusses insurance and other out of pocket costs associated with each admission and completes the necessary pay agreement worksheet to determine a client's financial obligation for treatment.
Assigns all client follow up needs to appropriate team members when out of the office or on vacation.
Makes admission decisions concerning which interventionist and facility to recommend, the dates, and the travel.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

High School degree or GED required. Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or similar healthcare field preferred.
