    The Center for Innovation (CFI) ensures that Pathstone projects are aligned with the company's initiatives, including innovative strategic goals, are executed with efficiency and transparency by providing the tools, systems, processes, and project management needed for implementation.

    The CFI team works closely with all Pathstone's departments, Advisory, Financial, Investment Operations, Research, Compliance, Marketing, Growth, Performance Reporting, Capital Markets, and Professional Services teams.

    Job Description:

    As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Center for Innovation throughout the entire project lifecycle.

    Your responsibilities encompass project creation, management, execution, and completion.

    This involves effective communication of project information to stakeholders, designing templates, creating presentations, reviewing, and editing project deliverables, and maintaining the project information repository.

    In addition, you will actively observe existing project management practices, identifying opportunities for process efficiency improvements.

    Your role extends to performing essential administrative duties for the department, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of the Center for Innovation.


    Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the creation, management, execution, and completion of firm wide projects. Assist in monitoring work efforts, assigning resources, delegating tasks and reporting progress to CFI, project sponsors and various stakeholders. Possess the capability to supervise multiple organizational levels. Create reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools. Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project, follow up on open items and track issues. Maintain the quality of all project document/data to assure the integrity of a project. Prepare and disseminate internal communications, document processes and procedures, and successfully deliver to project teams. Act as a resource and information provider to department heads and client service staff across the Firm.


    Firm-Wide Project Management: As a Project Manager, actively contribute to the creation, management, execution, and completion of firm-wide projects. Oversee work efforts, assign resources, delegate tasks, and provide progress reports to CFI, project sponsors, and various stakeholders.


    CFI Support: In your role as a Project Manager for the Center for Innovation, you will be instrumental throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities include effective communication of project information to stakeholders, designing templates, creating presentations, reviewing, and editing project deliverables, and maintaining the project information repository.


    Process Efficiency and Administration: Actively observe existing project management practices, identifying opportunities for process efficiency improvements. Extend your role to perform essential administrative duties for the department, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the Center for Innovation.


    Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Possesses three to five years' prior experience in project management, with a preference for full-time office experience. Background in the financial management industry a plus. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on firm-wide initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in office productivity tools, including Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
