Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Middletown, DE. This contract role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, helping students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.

Requirements:

Valid Delaware Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
