Miguel's Mex Tex Cafe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Dining Area Host. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Table Setting and Maintenance: Set tables according to established standards, restock server stations, and clear all silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, etc. after guests finish dining.
• Pre-Bus and Cleaning: Pre-bus tables by clearing empty plates as a guest finishes eating and wipe down tables and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Efficiency and Organization: Maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of the dining area and server stations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Organizational Abilities: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently, managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
