Job summary
The Senior Credit and Collections Specialist is responsible for following up on delinquent accounts, updating and maintaining accurate financial records,and reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Monitoring and managing customers accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts.
- Contacting customers and establishing reason for past due account situation; making arrangements for payments to bring account current and follows up to ensure obligation is satisfied.
