KingSett Capital is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Fund Finance team in Toronto.

Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

Managing treasury process, including managing borrowings and allocating debt/interest
Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting process, including preparing journal entries, consolidated financial statements, real estate portfolio analysis and other ad hoc analysis as required
Assist with preparation of investor related activities, including capital calls, distributions as well as maintaining the integrity of the investor records
Assisting asset management and investment groups with information requests
Assisting with the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting
Assisting with the annual audit process as well as preparation of certain tax files
Candidate Profile

CPA/CPA In-Progress, with 3-4 years of experience
Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and strong skills with other Microsoft software
Working knowledge of financial statements and related notes, including ASPE and IFRS will be an asset
Real estate experience will be an asset
Excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as with others
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task, analyze and be detail oriented
Positive attitude and takes initiative
